On the one hand I want to renew my current lease, but on the other it took our landlord like two weeks and THREE emails to send us the bare minimum response about how to renew

(but the office is like an hour+ away and they get offended if you show up)(I had to go get a mailbox key once and they were like so mad I was there even once I said I was TOLD to come)(kicker was that key didn't even WORK)(the landlord isn't in-building or even in-neighborhood otherwise we'd have just asked in person)I mean it should work out I'm just BITTER it takes so much to get answers personal we're down to 20 days til the lease is up so??
