- holy shit the next episode preview almost looks like a different show, guess getting tv slots really did up their budgets
- this episode made me cry, which I mean it’s Ami so it doesn’t take much
- but I do think the writing has gotten mostly better this arc
- this really mostly just makes me bitter about the first arc
- “Bitter About Everything SMC Does” could pretty much be the title of my autobiography
- also whenever Demand speaks I hear Tamaki and I really want to NOT connect those two characters
Things I did today:
- got a tattoo
- watched crystal
Guess which one was more painful
I do think this is one of those times where a couple more lines would have helped a lot, even as obvious as they already are. It’s stated more clearly that Usagi’s falling asleep because she actually is really stressed out and exhausted—Crystal’s doing a good job of showing that, but I would like sometimes for it to be stated more clearly, even as I’m usually not one for telling over showing.
Plus, I do miss Makoto looking fondly down at her and then MAKOTO CARRYING HER TO BED THAT IS SOME SHOUJO MANGA SHIT RIGHT THERE, YESSS.

forgetting completely might have been a blessing
but now i gotta watch it, because part of me still believes well maybe I won’t hate this episode. or maybe the next one will be better
