I love how much Black Lady is clearly still a child.
And I love that they’re making it a thing that she’s being selfish and that’s not how love works.
She wants Tuxedo Mask to love her and only her, and it’s as much about taking him away from Usagi and Pluto as it is about getting the attention she wants.

Oh yay I’m at the inevitable song which makes me both super attracted to and super creeped out and repelled by Demand.
So far it’s worse than Innocent Demand because this actress is playing up the creepy side way more. But she’s still really attractive.

Chibiusa, my poor selfish baby.
She needed to be the only one for Pluto.
Instead she feels like something Pluto settled for. Something Pluto didn’t want but took because she couldn’t have anything else.
She needed to be important. She doesn’t have powers and her family is busy all the time. Being the one who could make Pluto happy was all she had.
It’s entirely selfish. Pluto has been alone for thousands of years, Pluto’s had a hundred lifetimes of sadness and deserves every happy moment she can get. But Chibs is stuck in the mentality of a five year old, she can’t see that.
Yet. She’ll grow. Pluto’s death will make her see beyond herself.

She’s amazingly stern and stony all through her song and right up to this moment. A little terrifying, even.
But then she just breaks. She is so scared of losing Chibiusa. She’s begging her not to do that again, she makes herself smaller than Chibiusa because that’s how she feels. Her whole world is her duty and this girl, and she can’t bear to have it shrink down to just her duty again.
