regardless of whether or not mike brown robbed a store, the chief of police in ferguson states the policeman who murdered him had no knowledge of the incident, making the crime itself and his death unrelated. 

ferguson pd also corroborates witness statements that the murderer stopped brown and his friend for jaywalking.

any further statements regarding the robbery itself, or the “good” nature of the policeman who committed the murder are stereotyped propaganda by the police and the media to demonise a murder victim and absolve his murderer.

Fuck. Even IF, EVEN IF, Brown HAD robbed a store, hat kind of world is it where you fucking kill people for shoplifting. God damn.

To my followers–
I haven’t been reblogging posts about Ferguson, in part because it’s likely that’s already half you dashboard, and in part because it’s terrifying and I know some people will find it triggering. However, I do want to ask anyone who is by some chance not seeing it all over their dash to be aware of what’s going on. This twitter feed is a good source, and here  are a couple articles.
If any of you are in or near Ferguson right now, my heart goes out for your safety.
