What better way to spend a sick day than coloring?
I seem to be in the minority, but I really love Sailor Moon’s eternal fuku.Â
Credit goes to Miss Dream for the original scan, and serapuu for the cleaned-up image. I gotta say, coloring is even more fun and relaxing when the image is already clean.
One of my favorite things about the side stories is that we get to see some of the others introduce themselves the way Usagi does.

Somehow this is my first coloring of Mako. She didn’t turn out as well as I hoped, but I think she’s more fun to color than what I’ve done before. 🙂

I’m such a stubborn person. Every time he tried to talk to me, we just ended up bickering instead. But even then, my heart was pounding with joy because… we had been drawn together again.

I started coloring this entirely for the vest, but partway through I got caught up in how traumatic this moment is for Usagi. Her boyfriend of two lifetimes is back from the dead, except he’s someone else. He’s touching her, talking about her odangos as always, except it’s wrong, and she’s knows there’s something wrong about him, but she can’t pull away because she wants him back so badly.
