Random memory that resurfaced:
When I was somewhere around five, give or take a year, my very best friend was very into Star Wars, and I was into Sailor Moon . And of course, he was always trying to get me into Star Wars, because Jedis are cool! He wanted to be a Jedi!
But it never worked, because in my limited exposure to Sailor Moon I misunderstood “Jadeite” as “Jedi” and could not BEILEVE he supported someone who would fight the Sailor Scouts.
