We went with another butch/femme couple and there were times we were
DYING LAUGHING that other people didn’t seem to get it? Like when she
makes her little speech and the end we were all elbowing each other like
#trubutchlike Holtzmann’s character is so similar to butches I have known, and to how I write Tracer, that I was literally struck by it. Not just in visuals, but in persona.
OH MAN I CAN ONLY IMAGINE THAT WAS A BLAST. And on the second point, I definitely see it. What really struck me was her sense of humor, like, it’s similar to mine and feels just as much tied into the whole “I’m already outside what I ‘should’ be so I might as well go on and have FUN with it.” (Okay I’m probably projecting but my point is it’s so EASY to see that)
