LMAO my store has two big shelving units for it, so people seem plenty comfy, but sometimes I want to tell customers just how gross our floor is. Like, it’s New York so we have pests and also. Every gross thing you can think of has been in our floors at least once (and it’s never just once. That idea that crazy shit happens in New York? It especially happens in New York retail.)

I usually buy HaruMichi individually and when you’re on German cons, they’re usually marked (or you can ask if you’re allowed to cheat and look), but when I’m in a nerd store here in Munich I’m always like I want a Inner for the girls!! I should get one box without checking!! But I’m too scared to get Mams too or even Usagi so I always decline, haha. The Harukas are mad there’s no Mina in the house tho
That’s really cool that you can check, over here I’ve only seen them sold as a complete mystery or else out of the box (and almost always those are more expensive. It’s kind of funny because there’s always a 2-4 dollar mark up, but then Saturn is usually 2 or 3 more on top of that).
I mostly go for the surprise because it’s cheaper, but also my friends joke I have the magic touch. I’ve gotten duplicate figures more than I’ve gotten ones I don’t want (the only case of that was a Game of Thrones Mini, I bought two wanting Sansa and the second was Littlefinger. Though it’s fun to pose other toys killing him so it’s not a total loss). If everyone has one mundane superpower, this is mine.

Awww, thank you so much! I was worried I overused the baby bear thing, but that’s how I tend to talk to babies, just taking an offhand comment and running with it. I’m glad it worked.

but also please imagine Ami cooking for Mako sometimes. Obviously Mako usually cooks, because that is what Mako DOES. But after one kinda long day she comes home and dinner’s already done and ready, Ami had a day off and thought she’d do it. It’s the first time Mako’s had someone make her dinner in god knows how many years. And she is so touched and so Ami just quietly starts doing it whenever she can.
These two taking care of each other is my everything.

Michiru cutting Haruka’s hair is actually most of why I wrote this, so I’m glad you liked that particularly. I love the idea that while they’re on the edge of discovering big parts of who they are, Michi could be there for that first step with Haruka. Everything just sort of came out of that.
