I’m so tired of hearing girls (and anyone else) say, “I don’t care how girly it is, I like -insert activity/movie/whatever here.” I don’t care how girly it is either. Because “girly” is not a bad thing. “Girly” is not synonymous with “ditzy” or “stupid.” It certainly doesn’t mean “less appealing/ worth less than a more masculine or gender neutral object/pass-time.” Please stop treating it as an insult (for any gender).
