This is very much not the post I wanted to be writing, but this is the point we’re at.
Several days ago, I was contacted by Snumple’s brother, Vladimir. Snumple – Xenia – had been missing for over 48 hours, and he was looking for any information on where she might be. I didn’t have any ideas, but through our conversation, he seemed to gain a larger picture of the sort of emotional state she’d been in lately.
Which, unfortunately, was not good. As you all know, she deleted her Tumblr a few weeks ago. It was an action that I found extremely worrying, particularly given Xenia’s increasing depression, but she was set on it. Still, after deleting it, her mood seemed to improve and I hoped things were getting better for her. Then emails sent to her began to bounce, saying the account had been deactivated.
The timing coincides with when she went missing. “Worrying” no longer seems sufficient.
Xenia’s been missing now since the morning of 16 May (it’s the 20th as of this writing), making it over four days since anyone last saw or heard from her. She left her phone and her passport at home. Her family and volunteers have been searching the city and surrounding woods, but have so far not found anything.
I know she was friends with many of you. If you have any ideas or information about where she may have gone, anything she might have mentioned or hinted at, please let me know so I can pass the information to her brother. And if by chance you’re in the area of St. Petersburg in Russia and might be willing to volunteer to help search, let me know that as well so I can find out where to direct you.
This situation is absolutely heartbreaking. I love Snumps very much. I hold out hope for the best, but even if the worst, she needs to be found so her family can know peace.
I don’t really have much to add to this, except if you know something please contact me or jet. And I’ve been sitting on this for a few days, so if I’ve been nasty to you you know why now.
I’m so sorry for what have happened, honey, it’s a mess, and you all deserve better. Here are some peaceful sleepy cuddles, it’s never not time for them.
– “Seiya”, “Yaten” and “Taiki” are their family names. “Kou” is the name that was given to them when they took their duty as guardians of their Princess, that’s why it’s the same for all three of them
– Their ponytails are a traditional and obligatory hairstyle, kinda similar to princesses buns
– Senshi is not a hidden identity on Kinmoku, on the contrary, it’s a very honourable position and people who are chosen for it stay at the top of the social scale
– Kinmoku didn’t have a tragic history with wiping out the entire system, so the Senshi have no need to be awaken. They have their abilities till the very birth and they start a special training and inherit their precedents’ items at a very early age. However, they are not at real service until their initiation, it happens at their 12th summer and is basically an official and very boring procedure with a following major celebration
– Our Starlights’ service had nothing to do with real fighting because Kinmoku was peaceful at the time, and had been peaceful for ages before that, so they were not even slightly prepared for Galaxia’s invasion. It was partly the reason why Galaxia never cared for the unqualified children. She came for the Princess and got what she wanted
– That’s the uniform redesign (vague) because I have questions to battle clothes in Stars
Imagine that sometimes she talks about her visions and the stuff that
worries her and Minako like MAKES NOTES but then she’s just straight up
talking for 20 minutes telling some action-adventure story about her
skirt flying over Tokyo and shitting on everyone’s heads
(Minako is taking notes for that too because she could use it to kinkshame Rei later)
YES. I imagine for the former, Mina debates waking Rei up to comfort her or talk, but knows Rei would clam up if she knew Mina was privy to these things.
ALSO. Please imagine Rei being unexpectedly affectionate sometimes in sleep, not ever saying “I love you” but little things she wouldn’t say consciously yet, like “I want you close to me” while snuggling into Mina’s chest. Mina just has to lie there with this wonderful terrible secret affection and hope Rei will reach that level while awake soon.
Oh man I feel you on the family thing. I love my mom but every time I see her I feel kinda weirdly uncomfortable? She also does the super feminizing thing. Anyway, glad it mostly well and that you’re back home safe =D
