I think I have my first hangover today, but I got it celebrating getting a new position at work that will allow me to work from home two days a week and lines me up better to get the job/promotion I want once I’m eligible so it’s not so bad

Both the inner and outer teams have a Seer, even if you pat down the outers to the two who are “supposed” to get involved in conflicts. Given the nature of threats they face, it makes sense that a good team requires someone who can sense things before they’re physically present.

So it ALSO makes sense that if the Starlights lost team members in the war with Galaxia, which some canons loosely imply, then they lost their Seer. Which is really interesting to me, especially in the context of their bleak outlook. If the future cannot be seen, do they have one? Do they assume Galaxia can’t be stopped because they aren’t capable of believing in an Unpredicted future?

Since both Michiru and Rei find couples costumes distasteful, Haruka and Mina definitely have a longstanding tradition of dressing up together in the cheesiest costumes they can find. They’ve  been a cow, a cowboy and horse (Haruka regretted that one), mustard and ketchup (yes, Haruka was mustard, and did not get the joke), even a pair of shoes (Haruka put her foot down at Mina’s pair of boobs suggestion).

This year they are a hot dog and bun. Haruka, sadly, did not think about how  much the costume lends itself to innuendo until encountering Seiya.

Seiya found out about the costume in advance, went as ketchup to annoy Haruka

Mina waggles her eyebrows “Gotta hand it to you, Kou, this is the best proposal for a threesome I’VE ever received” 

And that was the day we all learned that Haruka could and would projectile vomit
