It’s always nice to think about the senshi having their fulfilling dream jobs, but realistically speaking we all know Minako would be out here flitting through food service and retail while trying to land gigs beyond community theater and local bars, feeling the frustration and worry of “Is this what I’ll be my whole life?” because she was supposed to be GREAT

And you know she’s still okay and makes it work anyway, maybe she’ll end up in management and she’ll be the most glamorous retail manager ever because that is the Minako Aino way

I’m not done with the second season yet but Netflix ASOUE is everything I want in a post-completion adaptation in that it tightens the story and adds new material while keeping faithful to the original

Man I love how my health insurance options are:

-have no coverage and get fined

-pay a tenth of my total income and also the first $3000 of any medical attention I receive besides preventative screenings and immunizations

-pay a fifth of my income and have more exceptions to a smaller $1000 deductible

Something I find very frustrating is when people act as though butch is a narrower category than other presentations or genders and we’re expected to perform masculinity to perfection by the same sort of people who push for broader definitions of masculinity when it relates to men
