AND WHAT A PLACE TO START but its good because 15 minutes killed me exercise cw i miss having a job where i lifted stuff all day and competed with a 6’ cis man i want to have strong arms again lol but ots so much easier to do cardio and leg stuff i want to start more than walking amd occasionally running personal so after a little cool down walk ill go do weights the gym machine not the movie
