I have a skype interview tomorrow and I had to do a brief test series for it that I thought was just data entry but it actually also included a “customer service mindset” test and that makes me want the job SO MUCH LESS

ALSO the test phrased things like “Customers will try and take advantage of you” and “if a situation is uncomfortable will you try to get rid of the customer quickly?” to make it sound like you’re paranoid/bad with people if you answer a certain way, but customers DO try and take advantage of situations, they try and bend or break rules if you can’t give them what they want, and like, please don’t ask me to stick around for customers that are touchy or are asking if I’m a boy or start spouting bigotry, I know that’s what you mean and that is honestly like. a huge evil of this capitalist society.
