Now I’m feeling uncharitable so below the cut is a work rant

It’s all but 100% confirmed I’m getting shunted over to a new position, it sounds like they’re making my current job part time and I’m staying in the office as a sales assistant which like, on the one hand that’s an easier position to put on a resume or other jobs but on the other hand it’s so frustrating to feel like it didn’t matter how good a job I did and I didn’t really get a choice about it. Work right now feels like the actual work people do doesn’t matter at all and I want desperately to leave
