SAM AS SOMEONE WHO HAS THOUGHT AND FELT ALL OF THE THINGS YOU’RE TALKING ABOUT EVERY TIME I HAVE TO LOOK AT A GIRL I THINK IS CUTE, I am also on Team Ask here. Snumple’s right about the distracting/missing things stuff, also we are all shy scared creatures deep down and if I had a dollar for every time someone I was scared to make a move on was feeling the exact same way, I’d be able to buy at least two meals at Burger King.
SO I SUPPORT YOU IN WHATEVER YOUR  DECISION IS AND ALSO IN THE FEELINGS
OF THE MOMENT but also sometimes it helps to remember that asking not
only ends the anticipation, but also it often ends the general air of
awkwardness for all parties, especially when both parties are cuties

Also yeah that’s a GREAT point, one thing I’ve been trying to remember every time I start on “she probably doesn’t like me so I better not” thoughts is if she DOES like me she’s probably thinking the same thing (most things that make me think that are things I also do/did)
