There’s been this AU idea stuck in my head that I don’t know what to do with because it would have a kind of convoluted relationship to canon but basically

• Michiru is a rich-girl fencer, highly disciplined and strategic, she does well enough to compete on a national level and of course her parents have the money to send her not only to competitions but also training camps and classes with former olympians
• She somehow finds herself up against, and eventually working with, the ridiculous superhero sword fighters Uranus and Venus. They are… less disciplined, to say the least. 
• Heavens be, Haruka, use your wrist that’s a saber not a sledgehammer
