My sister sent me this thing and I am 99% sure Usagi has the same thing in her room. Maybe Ikuko got it for her, something cute and cheesy and also a little reminder to study your english, Usagi. Or maybe it was Mina, fresh back from England, wanting to tell Usagi that she’s a princess as she is, that she doesn’t have to and shouldn’t change. That the princess being an ordinary, silly, clumsy girl in this life is the greatest gift they could have gotten.
