It’s like that every time, but we eat, talk, have a lot of fun and laughter, and when we said, “It’s this late before we knew it! Let’s meet up next year too!”, on leaving the shop past 1 o’clock, there wasn’t a taxi to be found thanks to it being end-of-year party season.

Waiting one hour for a taxi, the action we took realizing that absolutely none would come was:

We walked. (笑)

The shop was roughly in the middle of our respective houses, so we parted saying, “Be careful everyone! Let’s all walk home”, and I got home one hour and 45 minutes later.

The others needed that amount of time too as expected.

“Anyone find a taxi?”, “Nothing here!”, “I’m still walking”, was our group chat as we walked, and it was around 4 o’clock in the morning when we all got home.

“Sorry that it had to end like this this year (涙)”, said Myuu, but maybe it’ll become a life-long sweet memory that we five will keep telling on Myuu’s birthday.
