(I don't think it will but ugh thinking about it is hurting me)(maybe they declare the team co-ed and Kou swims and they havev a one-episode fight with the system And Haru... could go a lot of ways but all of them are pretty bad And Mako has some mysterious past with the ocean so he'd be fucked up by it and maybe they finally come through and have stronger friendships and then Nagisa would be so torn up because he's the one that really pushed for Rei to join and whether you think it's romantic or not there's no getting around the fact that Nagisa really really likes Rei because of his promise to Rin because Rei is 5 kinds of fabulous so it would would be such a shock because why couldn't Mako save him eventually Haru would make them swim free!free! can't turn into a cry fest he'd probably hate Mako for awhile it'd be a quiet hate Kou would try to keep them all from fallin apart but her heart wouldn't be in it Mako because he didn't wake up in time mostly a reflection of hating himself mostly just ignoring Nagisa because maybe he wouldn't woken up in time if he'd went with the original plan and slept in the same tent as Rei NO NO NO NO NO NO no screaming or Kou cuts her hair and enters as Gou in one of those full body swim suits)or maybe they're never the same and the swim club disbans after the first meet pmmm ugh back to Nagisa and Mako they'd both blame themselves so much which would make keeping the swim club going even harder why didn't Mako hear him leaving and wake up
